I am a longtime manager in the construction and real estate industry

Juri-franchi

After my studies, I held management positions in various multinational groups and companies. Since the year 2000 I have specialized in real estate management and construction, carrying out various residential and underground parking projects in Italy. In 2011 with a team of experienced professionals I created the WLHRE real estate network (www.wlhre.com), for the construction and marketing of real estate and hotel properties in Europe and the Caribbean, located especially in the tourist areas of the Dominican Republic. 

We are currently developing Boca Paraiso, in the splendid playa de Boca Chica, a project with avant-garde design, which is made up of townhouses and apartments, developed in four stages:

  • The first stage consists of 26 Townhouses (delivered)
  • The second stage consists of 26 Townhouses (Dec 2021)
  • The third stage consist of 32 Townhouses (Dec 2022)
  • The fourth stage consist of 96 apartments and 22 studios (2023)
